Outage Management System
USSI-OMS is a full featured, scalable Outage Management System for small, medium and large electric utility companies. The software is Java based client/server, multi platform with advanced tabular and ESRI based maps and is the most advanced software technology in the industry. The forms are designed for ease of use and consistency of operation throughout. The operator can run the system single screen or with a dual map screen. USSI MDMS AMR Analyze
USSI AMR Analyze Meter Data Management System (MDMS) is designed to implement, improve, and extend the capability of an AMR system. The software helps with the billing process as it manages the process of manual and AMR meters. It identifies meter problem and accurately estimates unread meters. Statistical Process Control functionality spots customer load problems such as faulty heat pumps and prevents high power bills. Power theft can also be identified. Engineers can do blinkcount analysis and transformer load analysis to guide tree trimming and transformer selection. Additional modules to allow the utility to implement complex rate structures and provide dynamic data to their customers from the AMI are due out in October, 2007.
